Products Introduction: It can reach UL 94 V-0 after using 4000RMP50, and glow wire test meets GWIT：700/3.0 and GWFI：960/3.0. 4000RMP50 meets the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PAHs, halogen-free, etc. After using 4000RMP50, halogen-free flame retardant polyamide material has characteristics of low density, great electrical property, no smoke, and no corrosion to molds, etc.

Usage: Halogen-free flame retardant master batches used for non-filled non-reinforced polyamide material that can reach UL 94 V-0. Halogen free flame retardant mater batches can be added to PA66/PA6 resin directly for injection, recommend to use twin screw extruder mixed with PA66/PA6 resin for Extrusion granulation, and then injection molding. Blended PA66/PA6 pure resin require authentic new materials, and using a variety of additives and colorants carefully.
